There is only one three bedroom executive Oceanfront suite. It features two full bathrooms. It has 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second room and a queen bed in the third room. All of the units have pull-out sofas as well as Air Conditioning, Microwaves, coffee pots, blenders and a fully equipped kitchen, Full-size refrigerator, oven and stove, Private porches with patio furniture, Cable television, Telephones, High-speed Internet access, Hair dryers, Daily housekeeping with laundry services available upon request, Tropical Freshwater Pool, Free transportation to and from the San Pedro airport, Onsite tour desk, golf cart rentals, wedding planning services and provisioning.

- We require a 3 night minimum stay.
- We require a one night(non refundable) deposit to confirm a booking. Balance of payment will be due 30 days prior to commencement of booking and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival date will receive no refund.
