• Smoking is permitted on the grounds and verandas only. No smoking in the units.
• The Palms requires a three night minimum stay, and a credit card authorization will act as a deposit and/or full payment as well as for confirmation for the stay at The Palms. The Palms is pleased to accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
• Deposits are based on the length of your stay
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival date will receive No Refund.
